We don't support ransom payments, and we don't advise ransomware victims on whether or not to pay the ransom. We understand that there are times when it is necessary to recover data quickly.
In the event that your organization must pay the ransom, our Synchronized Security Service (S3) customers - covered by Firestorm Cyber's Ransomware Warranty - will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $1,000,000 USD per company in the unlikely event that we fail to keep you safe from a ransomware attack.*
